The other defendants included a number of other world-famous sports and rock stars, including Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins and basketball legend Michael Jordan. However, the lawsuit, centered on accusations of kidnapping, raised several questions regarding the validity and motivations behind these claims. Biggers’ allegations suggest a complex plot involving Johnson and his ex-wife and business partner, Dany Garcia, supposedly conspiring to abduct her and her children.

The list of 1000 defendants also included federal law enforcement and chain retail stores like Victoria’s Secret.

The scope of the lawsuit is vast, as it dates back to 2019 and allegedly involves a handful of high-profile personalities. The accusations were in regard to Biggers’ arrest in 2019 in which she allegedly interfered with child custody orders. Biggers alleged that the 1000 defendants conspired to kidnap her children following her arrest and that Johnson and Garcia hired people to kidnap the former wrestler and her children from their home in Tampa Bay, Florida, and take them to Miami. She also alleged that received threats from Johnson and others, and that she was abused when she arrived in Miami.

It isn’t completely clear what reason Johnson and the other defendants have to kidnap Biggers and her children, and Johnson’s response to these allegations has been one of straightforward denial.
