LeBron James Continues to Defy Age, Leaving All-Star Rival in Awe with His Phenomenal Playmaking and Scoring Prowess

Drafted all the way back in 2023, Lakers star LeBron James has continued to amaze each season. He is now in year 21 of his career, and he hasn’t seemed to slow down too much.

Of course, he isn’t the same player that he was even five years ago, but James has found different ways to continue growing his game. His basketball IQ is off the charts, and he is still dominating even at age 38.

Recently, he dropped 35 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists in a win over the Los Angeles Clippers, much to the amazement of his peers. It was the kind of showing that reminded everyone just how special it is to be watching him play at this high of a level right now.

Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum took to social media to express his feelings, and even he can’t believe what James is still doing.

Father Time catches up to everyone, no matter who it is. But it seems that James may have a deal with Father Time to allow him to keep going strong. It may be the only explanation for how he is performing at this advanced age.

If James can keep this level of production up, the Lakers will be in great shape. They obviously don’t want him to be playing major minutes, but right now it seems to be needed for them to build chemistry.

The team has relied upon him to start the year, and that isn’t likely to change anytime soon. James is still the face of the NBA and will be until he retires down the line.
