WWE chief Stephanie McMahon has told the Ronda Rousey “the offer still stands” to join the sports entertainment company.
The UFC superstar has been rumoured to be making the switch from the octagon to the wrestling ring for some time.

She fuelled speculation about that move when she recently appeared on WWE programming alongside some of her fellow MMA friends and was confronted by Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Bayley.
That led to speculation that she was due to make her debut at Survivor Series alongside Shayna Bazsler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir against WWE’s Four Horsewomen – leading to a WrestleMania feud with Charlotte.
Although Rousey has not officially signed with the company, McMahon insists she would be more than welcome.
Speaking to TMZ, the daughter of owner Vince McMahon said: “Ronda, the offer still stands. We’d love to have you in WWE.”

Rousey famously appeared at WrestleMania several years ago and confronted Stephanie and her husband Triple H alongside The Rock in the ring.
She sent both leaders of the then Authority tumbling with an arm bar, receiving a huge reaction from the crowd.
And when quizzed whether she would like to get her revenge on the former world champ, McMahon said: “Getting my revenge after she put me in that arm bar… anything is possible.
Rousey, 30, has already trained at WWE’s performance centre in Florida and has made no secret of her happiness at seeing the increased platform given the female wrestlers over recent years.
