Today is my birthday, and while I know I’m not perfect, the lack of blessings or recognition from others has made me feel emotional. It’s a day meant for celebration, but instead, I find myself on the verge of tears, reflecting on the unspoken aspects of my life.
Despite the absence of outward acknowledgment, this moment is an opportunity for self-compassion and a reminder that every person’s journey is unique. As I embrace my imperfections, I also acknowledge the internal strength and growth that define my path.
